Registration is open to all human persons over the age of 18 years. Each user shall register only once

By registering on our App, you agree to receive email and voice communication from the 1SQFT team

While registering, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them updated as and when required

Each registration is for a SINGLE user only and not for multiple users

Your registration must be under your own real name and not under a false or assumed name

Your username, account number, passwords, etc. must not be shared and should be treated as confidential. You are solely responsible for any damage or loss that you or we may suffer if you fail to keep this confidential

You are responsible for everything done using your login details, so do not share this with anyone

1SQFT reserves the right to accept or reject your registration at its sole discretion

If you are found to be engaging in unlawful, illegal, or prohibited behaviour while using our App, 1SQFT reserves the right to terminate your membership

You are free to terminate your registration with 1SQFT at any time by writing a mail to contact@1sqft.io

To revive your registration within a 6-month duration after termination, you may write a mail to contact@1sqft.io with your registration details

The company reserves the right to amend, change, or modify the registration process when required

The 1SQFT app, process, images, designs, logo, and content are the Intellectual property of ONESQUAREFOOT Technologies Pvt Ltd and should not be copied, resold, or transferred by you

The App should be used only in relation to and in compliance with all Indian Laws

A few services available within the App may be location-specific and may not be available to you, depending on your location

As a registered user, you will have access to confidential and sensitive business information that should not be shared with direct competitors or used for competitive purposes. You shall not try to hack, sabotage, or scam other users in the 1SQFT Community through your registration.
